Key National Institutions PMO: Formulation of the National Response Plan, creation of the Crisis Room and protocols for crisis management and response LAF: Finalization for CIMIC Strategy and establishment of CIMIC Unit, in cooperation with UNIFIL and UNSCOL Man-made disaster simulation at PMO.. New CIMIC Unit at the LAF HQs..and at the airport
