13. Problem  High Speed Wind Safety (i.e. Tornados and wind storms) Solutions  Redundant Breaking Systems  Must be engineered to withstand wind forces of up to 110 mph

14. Problem  Tower Access Solution  Shall not be accessible for unassisted climbing (same as cell towers)

15. Problem  Signage Solution  Commercial marking, messages, banners or advertising of any kind is prohibited  One sign at eye level shall be posted warning of no trespassing and high voltage and the phone number or property owner/operator in case of emergency

16. Problem  Local Historic Districts Solution  Local - Must receive a Certificate of Appropriateness from HASC.  National – Must receive a recommendation from HASC.  Sites within 500 Feet of Local or National must receive a recommendation from HASC.

17. Components  Site Plan Review  Approval letter from all utility companies  Proof of Notice to all property owners within 250ft  Manufacturer’s specs.  Sealed and signed by Structural Engineer  Detailed drawing of electric components  Plan Commission Recommendation and Council Approval
