The Garments for Priests Who are the priests? Ex 28:1,43; Num 18:1-7 Sons of Aaron: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar All Levites were not priests Num 16-17 Make garments for them exactly as instructed using gold, blue, purple, and scarlet. The High Priests garment is described in most detail

The Garments for Priests Priests as mediators between God and Israel Sacrificing before law: Cain/Abel, Abraham, Job Law of Moses: Priests set apart for this work Teach Israel all the statutes (Lev 10:10-11; Mal 2:7) Keep the sanctuary and altar Make intercession (Heb 7:25)
