What is MyFitnessPal? MyFitnessPal is a diet and fitness community built with one purpose in mind: providing you with the tools and support you need to achieve your weight loss goals. All you need to do is add the foods you eat to your food diary, everyday. Also make sure you have the correct height and weight put in. You then put in a target weight and see how long it takes you to put on or take off that weight.

Most popular food My most popular food was Nestle Cookie Crisp Cereal - With 125mil Semi Skimmed Milk. I eat cookie crisp most mornings for breakfast.

Most popular drink My most popular drink was Coca-Cola Company - Coke Can. I do have a lot of water, however, other than that, my most popular drink is coca cola.

General information Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories Protein: 1 gram = 4 calories Carbohydrates: 1 gram = 4 calories Things like alcohol and fast foods have the most calories in them as they contain the most amounts of fat. Any exercise will burn calories, however, the active the exercise is, the more calories are burnt, like running.

What job burns the most amount of calories? Basketball players are very competitive so they will try their hardest to win the game for their team which means a lot of running. Also in basketball, you run up and down the court a lot to attack and defends and you have to sprint a lot which means a lot of calories are burnt. BASKETBALL
