Budapest University of Technology and Economics Department of Electron Devices 05-09-2011 Microelectronics BSc course, Requirements © András Poppe & Vladimír Székely, BME-EET 2008 6 Laboratory practice ► Details from András Tímár ► Basically: 4 sessions / semester, 4 hours / session Material of each session available in Moodle Each session starts with a small test from the session material to be learnt by yourself They who did not pass the test can not continue the lab Introduction given by the instructor, small design tasks are to be solved Documentation of the work done to be submitted for a strict deadline via Moodle Score and feedback given by the instructor

Budapest University of Technology and Economics Department of Electron Devices 05-09-2011 Microelectronics BSc course, Requirements © András Poppe & Vladimír Székely, BME-EET 2008 7 Requirements for the signature ► Two major tests according to central schedule: ~5th week ~13th week Mark 2 (satisfactory) required for the signature ► 4 laboratory sessions need to be completed with success small test passed practice completed documentation submitted and accepted by the instructor ► Final mark: 80% major test, 20% laboratory mark ► Second chance: once for the major test, once for a failed laboratory session
