17. LANDOWNER ASSOCIATION APPLICATION ISSUES
West Desert, Vernon CR: LOA requested 35 deer vouchers; the Division recommends 34. The LOA qualifies for 34 vouchers according to the percent of association land within the unit and the number of permits available to the public on the unit the previous year (R ).
Mt.Dutton/Paunsaugunt SR: LOA requested 6 pronghorn vouchers, the Division recommends 5. The LOA qualifies for 5 vouchers according to the percent of association land within the unit and the number of permits available in the public draw on the unit the previous year (R ).

Primarily house cleaning
Remove references to “proclamation” - replace with Big Game and Antlerless Guidebooks
Remove Henry Mountain bison reference - no need to specify HM bison as bison are now in other areas
