8. Age of Stock The area has a wide age range of properties ranging from early 1900’s to present day. Varying types of properties in my area though mainly 2 & 3 bedroom properties. 1990’s over 55’s accommodation Very few bungalows.

9. L.E.A.F Local Environmental Action Fund Each Housing Officer has an allocation of funds to be used within the area to benefit and enhance the local area and residents.

10. ASB Noise nuisance Neighbour Disputes Animal Nuisance Drug Issues Criminal Activity Ball Games/Children playing in the street

11. Rent & Benefits Working with income recovery Referring residents to Welfare Benefits Officer Refer and sign post residents to other partner agencies. CAB, Housing Benefit, Income Officer offering guidance.

14. Resident Involvement Big Lunch Local offers Residents Association/Action Groups Local Offers Working with Resident Council/Area Panel/Neighbourhood Representatives. People For Action & Fresh Visions Encouraging and supporting residents being actively involved in their community.

15. For the Future Providing this complex high level customer service to residents on a day to day basis. Each resident is individual and their situation unique to them. Ensuring that all residents are treated with respect and provided with all the services they need. Continuing to work closely with residents and get fresh new ideas to improve their neighbourhood.
