2 Registrations Registration submitted to Ohio EPA- Central Office Scanned and sent to District Office inspector for review Inspector will verify that siting criteria have been met – through a site visit

3 Registrations Registration will be issued and facility will be prepared Inspector will inspect site to verify rule requirements have been met Ohio EPA will issue written concurrence – No material may be accepted until written concurrence is received

4 Registrations If application is incomplete, applicant shall correct deficiencies and resubmit within 30 days New and changed criteria for approval Amending registration Amendment required for changes to application Change to material placement areas shall be included on revised plan view drawing

16 Commencing Operations No materials shall be accepted until: Prepared facility shall be inspected by Ohio EPA and written concurrence received 90 day have passed since Ohio EPA received the application Deficiencies in application shall be addressed or permit to install/registration may be denied
