Getting Started Began single stream in 2010 with 5 side-loaders and 1 rear-loader Covered the whole City 75.38 tons on average for each month for a total of 905 tons for 2010

In 2011 increased tonnage to 951with an average around 79.21 a month Still cover the whole City twice a month

Communication with the public was key for increasing volume and dealing with unauthorized items. The City’s Communications and Marketing Division did a GREAT job on getting the word out to the public and finding out what they wanted in the program. They also worked with Sonoco on being able to add new items to our stream.
