2 PURPOSE  This slide briefly tells us what you are going to tell us. It is expressed as an infinitive. SLIDE 2- – Clearly state the purpose of your briefing. – If this slide is done right, it can speak for itself. – Don’t read it to the audience.

4 OUTLINE  Event 1  Event 2  Summary  Questions  Conclusion  Use the titles of your slides on this slide. This is the outline you will follow for your presentation

5 Event #1 (1 of 3)  Use bullets to key yourself of what you want to discuss with the audience  Keep the same font throughout the entire briefing  Watch for misspelled words Start with the first main point.
