Create a database of controlled substance prescription information Make prescription data available to healthcare providers to help them identify individuals with prescription drug-related substance use disorders and promote more effective pain management. Make prescription data available to law enforcement, health professional licensing boards and regulatory authorities to assist investigations

Use of a tested software application to allow patients in outpatient services to access care in real time, using an internet based virtual reality gaming application. 120 participants by the end of the first 12 months. Increase access to treatment by removing barriers including transportation, stigma, or physical handicaps
