Statewide 24-hour Count was January 26 th – 27th This year’s information shows a 40% reduction, compared to the 2006 Count Benchmark for the 10-year goal to reduce homelessness by 50%. Over 20 Kitsap social service agencies assisted with Count plus many individual volunteers.
