c Objectives Access Hyperion canned queries. Locate and identify Hyperion (Brio) queries related to Department of Licensing (DOL) firearms ineligibility and driving privilege suspension/revocation. Process a Hyperion canned query.

c Notification to DOL Reporting beyond voter’s rights (convicted felon notification). Two types of actions by DOL: Firearms – ineligibility to possess. Suspension/Revocation of driver’s licenses.

c Firearms Ineligibility Felony conviction. Domestic Violence: Assault 4 Coercion Stalking Reckless Endangerment 2 Criminal Trespass 1 Protection Order/No Contact Order Violation Third firearms misdemeanor conviction. Mental illness commitment.

c Driving Privilege DOL administrative action - suspension/revocation. Minor in possession of alcohol, drugs, or firearms (age depends on violation): Minor in possession of alcohol (13-17) Drug offenses (13-20) Any offense involving a firearm (13-17)
