Allows students receiving financial aid to purchase their textbooks & supplies in advance of the first day of classes, prior to financial aid awards being disbursed

17. BAPP Criteria To qualify you must:
Have financial aid of at least $100 in excess of all charges on your student account
Be enrolled at least half-time (minimum 6 credit hours)
Check OASIS prior to the start of each term to see if you qualify

Each semester:
FL Pre-Paid is applied to the student account first
Bright Futures funds are disbursed to the student account after the end of the first week of classes
