eBill Students will be notified via their TTUHSC assigned email address when billing statements are available for viewing on the eBill website. Paper billing statements will not be mailed. The eBill website can be accessed through the MyTech portal for students at http://webraider.ttuhsc.edu/ under Student Account, Health Sciences Center eBill Make a Payment. Payment by check or credit card may be made directly on the eBill website. Financial Aid Refunds All student refunds are managed by Higher One. Students will be able to have their refunds deposited directly into their existing checking or savings account, or funds can be applied to an “Easy Refund” card serviced by Higher One that is a Debit MasterCard® and checking account. This partnership was created to allow for students to receive refund dollars quicker and in the method that is most convenient to the student. Higher One will mail out a package containing a Higher One Debit MasterCard® to all TTUHSC students. The 16-digits from the card are required to log into the secure www.easyrefundcard.com to choose your personal refund method. Third Party Payers If you have a third party paying for your tuition and fees, please have them contact the Student Business Services office each semester. Texas Tomorrow Fund/TGTP If you are a student that is on Texas Tomorrow/TGTP, please fill out the form that can be found at: http://www.fiscal.ttuhsc.edu/busserv/bursar /collateral/tgtpauth.doc http://www.fiscal.ttuhsc.edu/busserv/bursar /collateral/tgtpauth.doc Please send in a form every semester to give us permission to bill Texas Tomorrow.

Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan beneficiaries can now access their contract information through: www.tgtp.org www.tgtp.org With the new beneficiary access, students will be allowed to do the following: View distributions paid to date and contract hourly balances Order letters to present to the college or university Update contact information

Off Campus Waiver All students enrolled in online programs or are taking courses at a location other than Lubbock should receive an Off Campus Waiver. Requests for waivers are submitted by the Program Directors and will be applied after you have registered for classes. If you would like a fee that is waived to be added back to your account, contact our office. Please review the list of all State of Texas authorized Exemptions and Waivers on our website to determine if you qualify for any additional benefits.
