8 Bus Operator Wages New hires starting salary $13.25 per hour after training* Years of Service Starting Salary - $13.25 After One-Year $13.75 After Two-Years$14.25 After Three-Years$14.75 After Four-Years$15.25 After Five-Years$15.75 After Six-Years$16.25 After Seven-Years$16.75 *First Three Weeks of Training Paid at $9.94 Remaining Two Weeks of Training Paid at $11.93 ***Over-time paid after 40-hours worked***

9 Bus Operator Wages (cont.) Full-Time Employee An employee who is regularly scheduled to work 35-hours or more per week – about 80 % of bus operator jobs will be full time Part-Time Employee An employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than 35-hours per week Extra Board All extra-board employees shall be guaranteed 35-hours of pay each week Monday - Friday

Smooth TransitionEvaluation of performance from contract award through first 3 months Up to $50,000 Farebox Revenue SharingFarebox revenue received exceeds farebox revenue budget 25% of excess Operator TurnoverTurnover rate of 20% or less$100,000 to $200,000 Service Quality ImprovementsImprovement in passenger “excellent” responses to overall service quality survey question for both OmniRide and OmniLink - $5,000 for 5-10% improvement - $10,000 for 10 – 20% - $25,000 for 20+% Mean Distance Between FailuresIncreases in distance between vehicle breakdowns for each vehicle type (heavy duty and medium duty) - $5,000 for 5-10% increase - $10,000 for 10 – 20% - $25,000 for 20+% ComplaintsDecrease in complaint rate for both Ride and Link - $5,000 for 5-10% reduction - $10,000 for 10 – 20% - $25,000 for 20+% AccidentsDecrease in accident rate- $5,000 for 5-10% reduction - $10,000 for 10 – 20% - $25,000 for 20+% Improved PerformanceLDs reimbursed if current 1/4 is lower than the previous.Year-end reimbursement of up to 50% of remaining withheld LDs TOTAL POSSIBLENot incl.
