REGISTRATOIN, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICY 4394 Davidson Road Hilliard, Ohio 43026/ (877)959-3739 Payment Policy: A deposit of one week's camp tuition, including the activity fee and the new family registration fee (if applicable), is required at the time of enrollment to hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied to the campers' final week of camp. Tuition is paid bi-weekly and is due on the first Monday of the tuition cycle. If tuition is not paid by Wednesday, you are subject to a late fee. Payment for all specialty camps must be received one week before the session starts. *All payments must be made in check or cashier’s check. There will be a fee of $25.00 for returned checks. Refund Policy: A refund is made with a two week advance notice in writing. There will be NO REFUND OR FEE PRORATED if your child is sick or absent.
