4. For the 2001 Survey of Organizational Excellence

5. The Survey of Organizational Excellence is conducted every two years by the UT School of Social Work for state agencies. The survey asks employees what they think TEA is doing well and where it needs to improve. The results of the survey will be used to help improve both the workplace & the services provided by the agency.

9. The Quality Workplace Committee is sponsoring a survey theme contest for TEA employees.

10. Contest Rules You must be a TEA state employee to enter.* Themes must be 6 words or less. Entries must be received no later than Sep. 21 by Jesse White via e-mail or signed memo. QWC will select the winning theme & award the winner a TEA shirt (winner’s choice). * QWC members & their families are ineligible for this contest.
