Work session on WADC v. 2 To start with: - Proportionality in ADRV and sanctions, in whereabouts and in public disclosure (f.ex. minors) - Implementation of sanctions especially taking into consideration the new 4 year ban and the possibilities to reduce the sanction defining intentional and reckless for example - Implementing the TUE rules and mutual recognition of TUEs

Work session on WADC v. 2 Discussion - Filing failures and missed tests (Article 2.4.) from 18 months to 12 months - Period of ineligibility – first violation implementation of the new rules (Articles 2 and 10/Appendix 3)
