What would you do if...? Imagine your friend came to you with these problems. What would you say? He has just graduated but doesn't like the major he studied She wants to meet a good guy, but hasn't had a boyfriend for a while He is gay but his parents don't know She thinks her boyfriend is cheating on her, but doesn't have any proof He wants to get a better job

What is your problem? Write down 3-4 real problems you'd like advice on Make sure they're different Not "1: speaking, 2: listening, 3: vocabulary" Now, GET UP and talk to 3 students from other groups Give them advice Ask for advice Switch!

A couple more problems... Discuss these with your partners: James wants to be an artist, but he studied accounting in university. He's always loved painting, but he's an only child and he isn't sure if he can make enough money at it to support his parents. They want him to keep his accounting job. Trisha is doing well at a job she loves, but one of her coworkers is overly aggressive. This colleague takes credit for group work and he often speaks badly about others. Trisha is worried that the coworker has said bad things about her to their boss and may hurt her chances at a promotion.

Ambition Are you ambitious? Is ambition good? Do you know anyone who is too ambitious? Do you have any very unusual or crazy ambitons? Do you have any very big ambitions? How have you been?" Ask about: Families Careers Travels Anything else!
