This activity was designed to show you the problems smokers face on a daily basis. Whether it is daily tasks or strenuous exercise, smokers have problems breathing! Emphysema is the constriction of the breathing pipe

4 Responsible Decision Making Model
Answer these questions yes or no. (why or why not) Is it harmful to smoke cigarettes? Is it safe to smoke cigarettes? Is it legal to smoke cigarettes? Will you show respect for yourself if you smoke? Will your parents or guardian approve if you smoke? Will you demonstrate good character if you smoke? A friend has started smoking cigarettes. He or she tells you, “Smoking makes you look older. You should try it. You’ll get some respect.” What is the responsible decision to make in this situation?
