PUNISHMENT serious bodily injury to another is a misdemeanor - a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $5,000, confinement in county jail for not less than 180 days nor more than one year. the death of another is a misdemeanor - a fine of not less than $5,000 nor more than $10,000, confinement in county jail for no less than one year nor more than two years.

7. OUR VIEWS Brandon – I don’t like the idea of the people who is harassing people. I also agree that its stupid and unnecessary. De Amber - I really dislike the idea of hazing, If someone simply wants to join a frat or sorority and s/he is willing to endure the hazing, I say let them. But I think hazing is completely unnecessary, stupid, and immature.
