4. Fill Napkins buckets, mustard, ketchup, salsa, onions, pickle relish, sour cream packets, straws, spoons and any other condiments. Fill spoons with handle always up. Do not touch part that goes in mouth. Also wipe off table from any spills with bleach water/sanitizing spray. 2014 BC WI 4-H Food Stand - Condiment Station 3

5. Fill salsa and pickle relish from large jug. Wipe off covers. Set up condiment station as shown 2014 BC WI 4-H Food Stand - Condiment Station 4

6. Condiments are found in the meat cooler. Change ice when needed. Ice is found in cool whip containers in freezer. When you take ice out of cool whip containers for condiment coolers, put water into the cool whip containers and put back into freezer. Separate containers in the freezer for faster freezing. The ice goes on the bottom of the condiment coolers. 2014 BC WI 4-H Food Stand - Condiment Station 5

7. Fill cool whip containers with Jalapeno peppers, sour cream and onion. Use the container for onions marked onions. Put container of condiments on ice. Keep the area clean. Check condiments through out the day, restock as needed. Add new ice when needed.
