3 General Fund Capital Construction Projects FY 2014-15

4 Changes to FY 2015-16 Requests  IT projects will come out of the General Fund - not from Capital Construction Funds  IT projects will go to the JTC and will be submitted at the same time as the capital construction requests  Operating costs will be included in the request  The forms for IT projects will be different and will be included in the Capital Construction and IT Project Instructions  Forms will be similar with some changes to the IT forms

5 Life Cycle Costs  Identify the feasible project alternatives and common assumptions and parameters for the economic evaluation of the alternatives  State each alternative, the total estimated costs of the alternatives, and a comparison of project requested and the alternatives. Justify the total life cycle costs and how the project compared to alternatives  Will be apart of the criteria for our request prioritization
