APHIS FY 2011FY 2012FY 2013 Enacted President's Budget (in million dollars) Tree & Wood Pest75.9955.6443.91 EAB budgets are to be further reduced. 21% decrease Of the total APHIS budget of $762M, $1.98M will “remain available until expended, shall be available for the control of outbreaks of insects, plant diseases, animal diseases and for control of pest animals and birds ("contingency fund'') to the extent necessary to meet emergency conditions.
