Badminton  Physical: CRE, ME, Speed Endurance, flexibility, power  Technical: Variety of simple and complex skills required to out manoeuvre opponent.  Mental: concentration, managing emotions to make decisions.  Skill demanding: footwork, balance, coordination reaction time  Strategically demanding: Tactics – single and double, able to control rallies with varied tempo, disguise.
