3. New Services Employment Ontario Service Model  launched in Ontario 2006 with the Apprenticeship Program  fully implemented across Ontario as of August 1st, 2010.

Depending on training needs, incentives can be provided 5.Job Training and Retention Additional coaching and mentoring to maintain employment, complete training, or proceed to the next steps of your career path

9. Eligibility FOR INDEPENDENT JOB SEARCH - UNASSISTED  All Ontarians FOR 1-1 ASSISTANCE IN JOB SEARCH -ASSISTED  Unemployed: working less than 20 hours per week  Not in Full-time studies/training  Legally entitled to work in Canada  Based on individual employment service needs
