Objectives 1.1.1.1Select Regional Operator/Fiscal Agent (RO/FA) 1.1.1.2Establish measures for RO/FA contract performance reporting 1.1.1.3Begin receiving quarterly reports for RO monitoring 1.1.1.4Align board committees 1.1.1.5Develop understanding of macro issues impacting workforce 1.1.1.6Completed Board Development Plan

7 RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT 2.1 Goal: Be a resource to prepare EGR6 to capitalize on opportunities which retain existing industries, prepare for new industries, and support entrepreneurial activities Objectives 2.1.1.1Create a report that will assist regional leadership 2.1.1.2Develop regional plan w/ partners 2.1.1.3Align resources for implementation of regional plan 2.1.1.4Identify revenue sources for regional plan 2.1.1.5Create system to evaluate strategic plan

Objectives 3.1.1.1All job seekers are able to pursue targeted skills training and education 3.1.1.2Connect prepared job seekers with employment opportunities 3.1.1.3WorkOne Centers will improve availability of services

14 MANAGEMENT 6.1 Goal: Create systems to efficiently and effectively manage ASG's contractual obligations with Board.
