Which of the following is true about hiring/criminal records guidance and policies? Employers must not treat people with the same criminal records differently based on race, color, religion, sex, etc. Candidates for employment can request a criminal record history of the company prior to accepting employment. Employer may seek guidance about hiring from an applicant regarding a criminal record.
