5 Questions -Where is the rice grown? -Where is that car made? -Where is that vegetable grown? -Is that book used in the class?

6 Past passive -This house was built in 1980. -The car was made in 2000. -The thief was killed. -The robbers were not arrested. -This fruit was grown in Palestine. -The audience was disturbed by the noise -The flat was robbed. -The thief was armed.

7 Has/ have been The assignment has been finished. The lessons have been attended. The rooms have been cleaned. The house has been robbed. The car has not been made yet. Where has he left? When has he left?

8 Will + passive The house will be built in 2008 The building will be cleaned tomorrow The class will be given tomorrow The answer will be written down

9 Active he cleans the car everyday Passive= the car is cleaned everyday He is building the house The house is being built He wrote the assignment The assignment was written

10 Change the following sentences into passive -The builder is building the house -The servant cleans the house everyday -The teacher explains the lesson everyday -He did not write the lesson -They have not finished their assignment. -Did he write the lesson? -He will fix the car -Will he fix the car?
