Writing Rhymes Pomes often use words that rhyme with each other. Usually, the words that rhyme are at the end of different lines, but sometimes they are in the same line. Two words rhyme if their endings sound the same. There is a young girl named Tess, Who`s always a terrible mess. She starts each day clean, But by eight-fifteen, Breakfast all over her dress.
