2. + President T-Shirts are in!!! The cost has been reduced to $15.00 These shirt sizes are first come first serve so if you want a shirt you can start paying Ms. Kilmer now!!! Annual Fundraiser Walk: Date: Possibly March 12 th The fundraiser we have chosen: St. Baldrics Meeting Time is Planned for January 6 th. That is the first Tuesday we come back from break.

3. + Treasurer Penny wars was successful; faculty won! Thanks to all the fundraising done by the school we had enough funds to make three full thanksgiving baskets for the Hope House!

You must be checking your emails or you should have signed up for the text alert! We have 60 members who have paid dues and only 20-30 members who show up to the meetings. 6. + Community Service Pennies for Patients This event is similar to trick or treat for UNICEF but instead we will have it a competition between classes. (For instance all 2 nd period classrooms will compete for the grand prize) We would like to work with Lafayette Upper Elementary by having key club members work with the younger students during their afterschool activities Continued…

7. + Community Service Has anyone been attending the weekly Thursday Dinners in Downtown Fredericksburg? Due to the Holidays we will not hand out a sign up sheet for the month of December.

8. + DCON The dates: March 20-22 We finally have a theme! This years theme is Super Heroes ! Now that DCON is nearing we are going to really start fundraising and putting together a committee to prepare for any competition materials that we would like to enter. Some competitions are: Scrapbook competition (Traditional/ Non-Traditional) Single Service Award- we will be submitting a registration form for this competition Major Emphasis Award Club Poster competition (Digital/Non-Digital) Oratorical (Speech) Contest Essay Writing contest
