Definition for Watermelon The large melon like fruit of a plant of the gourd family, with smooth green skin, red pulp, and watery juice.

classification There are different classifications for different fruits. Watermelons are part of melon family. Apples are part of alkaline fruits. Pears are part of sub acidic fruits. Lemons are part of the acidic fruits.

HOW TO GET FRUIT. There few fays on where to buy fruits. One of the most common ways of buying fruit are through supermarkets fruit and vegitable shops. Another way of buying fruits are online but there is a risk of buying un fresh fruits.

Mangosteen The place of origin of the mangosteen is unknown but is believed to be the Sunda Islands and the Moluccas; still, there are wild trees in the forests of Kemaman, Malaya. Corner suggests that the tree may have been first domesticated in Thailand, or Burma

Mangosteen It comes from Garcinia Mangos-tana, a small tree in the Garcinia family (Guttiferae) native to tropical Malaysia

Mangosteen Recipe Ingredients: SERVES 4-6 5 fresh mangosteen fruit, OR substitute 1 cup fresh or canned lychee fruit 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch 1/3 cup rice flour (OR regular all purpose flour) 4 large eggs pinch of salt 1 cup coconut milk 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. coconut extract Optional: 1 tsp. icing sugar for garnish

Why fruits don’t need to cook for long Fruits don’t need to cook long or don’t need excessive heat to cook because they already filled with fluids and juices. Cooking it for a long time will just over cook it and make it mushy.
