Electrical Department Project Manager Responsibilities Mr. Katora will be the Owner’s advocate and liaison on the project. During the design, pre-bid and construction start-up phases, James will work directly with the owner and design professional to optimize project quality and parameters while meeting project budget and time constraints. During the construction, he will be assisted by Lobar’s project superintendent, working with the contractors to meet the project schedule and maintaining quality, safety and budgets. As construction nears completion, he and the project superintendent will assist the owner with the transition from construction to occupancy.
