HOA Declaration The purposes for the Association are to provide for the administrative governance, maintenance and upkeep of the Property and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the Owners and Occupants of the Property. In Simple Terms: We manage the maintenance of the common grounds Monitor city/county/township actions that may affect neighborhood Handle any complaints from fellow neighbors We do not monitor each house, we facilitate concerns!

Board will determine possibility of rebate Review of financials All homeowners that pay by April 1 st will be eligible. No homeowners that are assessed late fees will be eligible. Homeowners that communicate with board may have the ability to extend deadline.
