4. In the cay, a lot of languages were spoken. And since the cay takes place near Venezuela, Cuba, Aruba, and other countries in the Caribbean, the history would come from all different languages, cultures, and traditions. In the Cay, it said that Phillip’s mom didn’t like African-Americans. She said that they had their own place in the world. And this was one of the reasons that Phillip and his mother took a boat back to America. 5. Third Base Once I went to the Caribbean and it was really hard to talk to people. And when you just started figure out what some words meant, some dude would come up to you and start speaking a whole different language. It was very confusing!

6. Homerun I think that people want you to know about the slave trade because it acts like a big domino effect. For an example; If one country didn’t want to buy goods or slaves, then the country selling them wouldn’t get money to buy things from other countries. So this could happen even now and would result in an economy disaster.
