2 The Small Business Program promotes acquisition opportunities where small business can best support the needs of our Sailors and Marines. Through policy, advocacy and training we foster industry innovation, technology development and the acquisition of quality products, services and solutions from small business providers.

3 This position was created:  To serve as a liaison between the DON OSBP and DASN AP  Co-located to ensure that interests of small businesses are kept in the forefront  To allow me to be brought into last minute meetings which have the potential to impact small business

5 Providing Accelerated Payments to Small Businesses Effective 1 August 2014 Reinstates the practice of providing accelerated payments to primes
