A dialogue Ben: Excuse me. You are John´s sister, aren´t you? Betty: Yes, I am. My name´s Betty. Ben: Nice to meet you, Betty. I´m Ben. Betty: Hi, Ben. How do you know my brother? Ben: Actually, he is my classmate. Betty: Oh really? And what about you? What are you hobbies? Are you into sports as my brother? Ben: Not really, I like reading and going to movies. What about you? Betty: So do I. I like comedies and horrors. We might go to the cinema together some time. What do you think? Ben: That sounds good. I´ll call you when something interesting is on. Betty: Great. Nice talking to you. Ben: See you.

Question tags Use: When we want someone to confirm the information we are giving. Form: Auxiliary verb (do, have, would, can, etc.) or the verb to be + subject ! When the sentence is ………………………………., we use ………………………..question tag! !When the sentence is ………………………………., we use ……………………………question tag!

Punctuation We use …………….. before the question tag and ………………… after it. You play ice-hockey, don´t you?
