Proposed action plan Clean Topsia canal of litter; treat the water; reduce malarial impact Work with hawkers in Brabourne Road and Chandni Chowk to dump litter in bins Work with KMC cleaners to coordinate garbage evacuation Create flower pans on electrical poles (as done abroad) Clean heritage sites
