Make a case for any changes that the group feels are needed Study Tour to neighbouring countries NGOs full commitments Budget Community Leaders and Consultative Councils Neighbourhood Crime Watch Scheme to be improved and better coordinated with Community Leaders (also have insurance coverage and compensation for committees) Monetary incentive allowances for initiator
