5 What does the website show? Picture of nutritional summary What does this show In my fitness pal the nutritional summary show the amount of important foods you consume in the day. It is the fast and efficient and tells you exactly what you need to eat more of or what you need to eat less of

6 What’s my most popular food? For breakfast this is my most popular food because it is easy to make and anyone can make it.

7 I was under my calorie goal This shows that I was under my calorie goal Myfitnesspal has helped me be under my calorie goal which is a good thing because if I was over I would need to lose a lot of weight

8 Nutrients The top one shows that I ate too much sodium and sugar on that day The bottom on shows that I ate sodium at a reasonable content and the rest at a high content

9 I have gained weight The least The most This chart show the last 30 days where I ate carbs throughout my diet

10 I have gained weight On the graph above it shows 8 days where I ate and gained weight On the 6/5 it shows that I ate the highest amount of carbs and gained a lot of body fat On the 5/29 it shows that I consumed the lowest amount of carbs resulting it to a lower amount of body fat

11 Calories gained This graph shows the amount of calories I put on this week. The graph tells me that I have consumes a lot of calories that week. The red line shows the daily goal which I have just not achieved for this week.

12 Protein In this week it shows that I have consumed the most amount of protein eating “Chinese special fried rice with chicken and ham strips”. The red line shows that I have eaten too much protein and any thing under (too low) means that I have not eaten enough protein of that day. The red line shows my daily goal.

13 These two items of food had the most calories in my diet This shows that I should be doing a lot of exercise to cut down this fat. The food has either been fried of baked. Baked is healthier but fried contains a lot more oil which could lead to problems in the future But I did do exercise on that week so most of the fat has been cut down.

14 Which foods hade the most calories? According to my research I have found out that “ Chinese – house special fries rice” had the most calories which means that a lot of body fat. I have found out that this food is been shallow fried which means that more fat is going to go into this meal.

15 Most Carbohydrates High Fructose Corn Syrup Even though it is made from corn, this is one of the worst ingredients for your health. It is type of food with a high processing amount because it makes you want more sugar and it is very high in calories. It has also been implicated in problems with the liver. Too much carbohydrates could lead to problems in the future

16 Most protein Turkey Breast or chicken breast has the most amount of protein Chicken: Chicken Breast (58g) provides 17g protein. Chicken Leg (69g) provides 18g protein. Chicken Thigh (37g) provides 9g protein Protein in 100gHalf-Breast (306g)Protein to Calorie Ratio 30g92g1g protein per 4.5 calories

17 Most fat Palm oil has the most fat inside it be it is not saturated. Palm oil consists of many small kennel of coconut extracts. This makes it very high in fat Natural palm and or coconut oil contains slightly less saturated fat at 86.5g

18 What exercise burns the most fat? For me Swimming makes me burn the most calories Butterfly uses a lot of energy which eventually make me burn a lot of energy

19 Burning a lot of calories day to day For me on a day to day basis walking is the one exercise I do everyday which allows me to easily lode about 50- 70 calories a day. In this image you can see that I walked for 30minutes and lost 59 calories by doing this.

20 What type of job burns the most calories? A Valet parker has to sprint up and down the alley way and park cars. This on-the-job cardio workout will really trim the waistline, as running is among the fastest ways to lose weight and gain endurance.

21 Conclusion activity Swimming = Michael Phelps= 12,000 calorie intake a day Breakfast = Phelps starts the day at 5am with three fried egg sandwiches topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, and mayonnaise. That's followed by a five-egg omelette, a bowl of grits (porridge), three slices of French toast with powdered sugar, and three chocolate-chip pancakes, all washed down with two cups of coffee.

22 Conclusion Activity Lunch = That comes in the form of half a kilo of enriched pasta, two large ham and cheese sandwiches on white bread with mayonnaise, and nearly 1,000 calories worth of energy drinks. Dinner = Dinner consists of another half a kilo of pasta followed by an entire pizza and another 1,000 calories of energy drinks.

23 Conclusion Activity My plan for Michael Phelps Breakfast = three fried egg sandwiches topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, and mayonnaise and porridge Lunch = two large ham and cheese sandwiches on white bread with mayonnaise, and nearly 750 calories worth of energy drinks.

24 Conclusion Activity Dinner = Sweet and sour avocado and passion fruit salsa with egg fried noodle and grilled sweet peppers This all adds up to 9,000 calories a day
