PCA Unscrupulous Loggers taking advantage of RA 8048/10593 Exemptions BLGU/PNP to assist PCA in the implementation of RA 8048/10593 PCA Unprocessed/rotting coconut/other palms trunk and stump as breeding area of Rhino beetle and other invasive insects Establishment of log traps using Green Muscardine Fungus before the onset of rain (May) PCA
