11. The BPG outlines best practices for complying with:  Health & Safety in Employment Act.  Hazardous Substances & New Organisms Act 1996.  Resource Management Act 1991.  Plus regulations to these Acts.

12. Health & Safety in Employment Act. BPG describes means for:  Providing and monitoring a safe working environment.  Providing and maintaining facilities for health and safety on site.  Ensuring plant and equipment is safe.  Ensuring working arrangements are not hazardous.  Procedures to deal with emergencies.

13. Hazardous Substances & New Organisms Act. BPG describes:  Test certification requirements.  Approved handler requirements.  Tracking requirements.  Exposure limits for the various timber preservatives.

14. Resource Management Act. BPG covers general requirements for treatment plant sites including waste disposal, to comply with the Act.

15. When will you get a copy?  Currently in final review stage by the Committee.  Expectation is that it will be available by about May.  All TPC licenses will receive a free copy.
