7. 7 Community Custody Program n ENHANCED Electronic Home Monitoring provided by BI, Inc. – Provides additional correctional sanctions for supervision and treatment vs. jail incarceration alone. – Allows for better management of limited jail space by allowing qualified individuals to be confined in their home under strict supervision. – Affords public safety at the offender’s expense. – Offers improved compliance rates due to intense monitoring.
