Our Obligations In order for ILS Phase Two to be a success, we need to deliver a range of project outcomes: Create 450 high value jobs in three years Assist commercial enterprises, 80% of which must be Welsh SMEs Populate fifteen units within the incubator space Record daily activity on the project including timesheets and enterprise assistance Continue to undertake high quality research that advances medical knowledge
