Updates ► Opacity Eliminate “500 watt with or without a focusing lens” ► Randomization Eliminate “statistical” testing ► Minimum Information Expand the ticket size categories from 2 to 3 ► 2.5 square inches or more (standard pull-tab) ► 1.6 square inches to 2.5 square inches (“tabbies” or “chips”) ► Less than 1.6 square inches (jar tickets) Require manufacturer’s name, form and serial number to remain when all window tabs are removed ► Packaging Heat sealed bags Bar codes

Record Keeping ► Expands licensing of manufacturers to include those persons who: Print, cut, fold and/or band, laminate, pack or otherwise fabricate…a deal of pull-tabs ► Mandates capturing of serial numbers by manufacturers for reporting purposes
