All rights reserved, 2007, Thales Alenia Space Page 11 CM PCDU Power Conditioning and Distribution Unit (PCDU) power distribution, GNC & RCS management, standard I/O. The PCDU will include the following modules and functions : PCU : provides a 22-34V unregulated bus, based on a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) regulator topology. The input power will be delivered from a SA during sunlight periods, or from a Li-Ion battery during eclipses and when the SA power is lower than the power demand. PDU : distributes protected lines to DM, CM units & heaters, and commands pyro devices, RTU : assures GNC/RCS interfaces, delivers Standards I/O.
