Beans : Beans is the head of the gang and is well known for his forever appetite of baked beans. Henry: Henry is the lowest in the gang despite his physical size of being the tallest in the gang. Nipper: Nipper is palmers secret pet. Hated by all of the gang because of its pigeon identity.

4. setting The setting is in a small town in the country. Probably somewhere in the united states.
