16 16 NASBA Enterprise Re-Engineering Project (NERP) PCS has completed the first steps of investigation to review staff processes and procedures for documentation and to ascertain best practices. NERP will ultimately improve efficiency through the use of a web-based, real-time, online application system that is coupled with an advanced computer telephony integration system.
