Hip Flexor Wrap

Foot is turned straight ahead for this wrap

Hip Flexor Wrap Pull the Hip Flexor wrap away from the center line Wrap 1 to 2 times around the upper thigh Pull the wrap 1 to ½ times its original length

Hip Flexor Wrap Aim the wrap slightly upward Pull the wrap to go up around the waist

Hip Flexor Wrap Go around the waist once

Hip Flexor Wrap Go around the upper thigh once with the wrap Notice the X that was formed at the top of the wrap

Hip Flexor Wrap Go up around the waist for a second time Overlap somewhat above the first pass around Notice the X that is formed by the wrap – see that the original X is covered up

Hip Flexor Wrap Finish the procedure by wrapping any excess wrap around the upper thigh Secure it with tape Avoid wrinkles! Check for feeling, warmth, numbness, and tingling
